It helps companies interact with a wider audience meaning you can do more than just sell. Digital marketing is affordable and cost-effective marketing. It targets specific audiences with creative campaigns that excite consumers. For example, using platforms like YouTube, twitter, Facebook and Instagram to promote the game or even a teaser can help as it will make consumers more excited for the game to come out. Digital marketing helps marketing campaigns reach their true consumers. Smaller companies using digital marketing helps them as it is not easy to launch games when bigger companies also launch games it can be difficult to for them to be identified among a number of games that are launched per day. So, using digital marketing it helps smaller companies bring more consumers to their games. So, to sum up Digital Marketing is very important in the gaming industry because without Digital Marketing games would not be more heard of and sales would not do well.
