Data Analytics is very important in terms of it being a crucial part of a business reviewing their performances and helping them grow as a business (Frankenfield, 2021). Data Analytics is the analysis of raw data to see what the conclusion of that data holds. With the use of data analytics companies can use this data to make better business decisions and understand the customers better for example how long someone takes to check out or what type of products they bought also customers trends and satisfaction that can make a business better in terms of products and services. There are also good tools that can help with the measurement of data, for example, google analytics, google alerts, Mailchimp, etc. Gaming analytics often refers to the users and gamers the analytics helps gaming companies make better decisions for example enhancing game design, monetization, and business impact. Types of use cases for gaming analytics are game design, they will use the data to determine the best ways to keep players engaged to keep playing their games. The game experience will help with the visual effects and graphics that most players will like to see to keep playing the game.  Another use case is personalized marketing which is where companies will determine the type of messaging that will resonate with individual players for example  gaming companies send out emails to customers like Ubisoft sent out an email to customers with a survey with the subject line, "The Assassin's Creed Odyssey team values your opinion." These types of emails make customers feel like these types of emails are for them but it also helps gaming companies as they can get feedback from users to improve their gaming experience (Team, 2022).
